EDITORIAL
IRVING PENN’S MONOGRAPHY
2024

"Five Thousand Moments Lived in 8:10" is a monograph that delves into the photographic world of Irving Penn, one of the most influential artists in 20th-century photography history. Through his lens, Penn created a visual legacy that transcends time and space. This monograph aims to explore the magic behind each of the more than 5000 images Penn produced throughout his career, focusing on the peculiarity of his choice of the 8x10-inch format, corresponding to the photographic gelatin plate.

I WOODN’T EXIST WITHOUT A DESIGNER - CLÀUDIA REIG
2024

The democratization of design has led to the devaluation of our profession. “I woodn’t exist without a designer” is the result of opening a debate and raising questions about our role as designers. This project works within the realm of the poster, a format heavily affected by this mass phenomenon. Experimentation and material exaggeration are our means of expression to translate our discourse into a physical piece.

03. LA FARINERA

PACKAGING
La Farinera
2023

This project reflects on modernity and the speed of today's society, highlighting the importance of understanding the roots and events that have led to collective evolution to the present day.
La Farinera emerges as a project that revisits roots through the recovery of flour craftsmanship and its dialogue with contemporary environmental needs. It also addresses the lack of aesthetics in product packaging such as flour and proposes a narrative around na Margalida, founder of "Farines La Farinera", to emotionally connect with consumers and promote local consumption. Sustainability is key, reflected in the use of environmentally friendly materials and processes.
La Farinera advocates for proximity, sustainability, and tradition, aiming to revalue an essential product and captivate consumers' interest with an attractive and balanced design.

04. ME PISAN LOS BAJOS

EDITORIAL, TYPOGRAPHICAL EXPERIMENTATION
ME PISAN LOS BAJOS
2024

In "Me pisan los bajos," reflections are made on how the use of trousers has been a symbol of status and power throughout history, from its association with aristocracy to its adoption by revolutionary movements. Additionally, it explores how gender norms have influenced fashion and perceptions of masculinity and femininity.
05. EL DERECHO A DELIRAR

EXPERIMENTAL TYPOGRAPHY
EL DERECHO A DELIRAR
2023

El derecho a delirar is a project that is based on the concept of Eduardo Galeano. Since I asked myself at the time what is the way in which we socially attribute value to products, why is one worth more than another?
I collected all kinds of objects that seem to have no value at all, because society has not attributed it due to their characteristics, such as bubble paper, Vileda, (cleaning cloth) the sticker role or a cloth bag. Suddenly all these sets of objects became extraordinary. In the end, this was the right to delirious, to turn the ordinary that society does not want, because it considers it an object without value, into something extraordinary.

07. THE BLAZE

ALBUM COVER
THE BLAZE
2024

This Jungle album offers a complete sensory immersion. To capture the essence of this experience, I have chosen to represent it using the technique of blind embossing. This printing technique adds relief or texture to certain areas of the design, achieving tangible elevation on the paper by applying pressure through a die or special plate during the printing process.
What makes this album unique is that all its sides are crafted using blind embossing, completely foregoing printed ink. On the covers, we find non-figurative shapes symbolizing the dreamiest part of sleep, while the vinyl sleeves remind us of a bed.
